Our Dichotomy

Inspired by Manet’s “Madame Manet” and the “Eight-light chandelier” on display at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, I created a wearable accessory attached to the shoulder part of the body extending to the face. The concept explores the interplay of beauty and innocence juxtaposed against themes of reality and pain through the contrast between the softness of the flowers and the sharpness of the spikes.
